Editing Service Quality assurance is a process of ascertaining that not only is the text is grammatically correct and punctuated properly, but also that the data contained within is accurate (to the extent that it is possible to verify). Are the company names used within the text spelled and formatted properly? That is, is it Standard and Poors, Standard & Poors, or Standard & Poor's? Do the hyperlinks embedded in the text link to active websites? Are those websites actually the websites that are intended to be linked to the paper? Are the terms as phrases germane to the topic? Do clichés and colloquialisms ruin the impact the text is meant to achieve? For transcripts of focus groups and other fact-finding interviews, is there off-point conversation that is bogging down the data-mining process? All of this, and more, can be
reviewed and either corrected or queried through Quality Assurance

I can help you meet your
project's deadlines by offering flexible working hours. I can also be available
to help you cope with rush projects by working on my regular "off"
days (higher rates apply and advance notice is required). I will provide an
estimated time and date of completion and keep you updated throughout the
project. If I have a time conflict created by a job I have in-house, I am honest
enough to tell you before I accept your project. I never compromise a
project just for the sake of being able
to invoice a job.
